Pet of the Month: Chia

CH-ch-ch Chia Pet!
Chia was recently welcomed to the PITC Family and since being with her foster family
she has really begun to blossom. Chia is a one-year-old active Lab mix who weighs
45 lbs. She loves to play with her foster sister Mabel as well as other dogs of similar
size and energy. Fetch and catch are absolute favorite activities. She likes being
indoors and outdoors, she is potty trained, walks on a leash and goes right into her
kennel after her walks. Snuggling with her people and getting peanut butter treats
round out her list of favorite things to do.
Chia's foster family finds her affectionate, good-natured, trainable, full of life, silly
friendly and active. Her foster family notes that "Chia is such a sweetheart that you
just want to play with her and cuddle her and enjoy the day away. She's still a puppy,
so she can be a little mischievous, but she just smiles at you so nicely that you don't
even mind."
Chia is in foster care and she is now ready to find her furever family .
